Juan Santiago is the co-founder and CEO of Santex Group, considered by many to be a serial entrepreneur at heart and Web evangelist. Since 1999, Juan has led the company's pursuit of its core goal: to embrace technology, to empower people. Juan is an activist for Drupal, open standards, and entrepreneurship.

He works with the conviction that success is the result of constant effort in improving existing processes. He believes what we do well today can always be improved. It is that pursuit of improvement that motivates him to continue to grow.

Over the years, his involvement in the industry and ideas have enabled hundreds of people to fulfill their personal and professional goals.
